Sales conditions

Booking :

A Credit Card Details will be taken on booking which will be confirmed after the receipt of the deposit: 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellation :

Any cancellation will have to be in writing.
J-21: 30% of the stay
J-7 or no show or early departure: 100% of the stay.

Breakfast or dinner included in packages which have not been used, will not be refunded.

Force Majeur :

In case of "Force Majeure", notably any disaster affecting the hotel, the
stay will be cancelled and the deposit restored without any compensation.

Breakfastis a buffet at the restaurant, or around the swimming pool. Room service will be an additional 3 € charge.

Half board package includes room, breakfast and dinner.

B&B includes room and breakfast.

City tax : 0,80€ per day and per person.

Baby bed is free and only in Sup or VIP room ( on booking).

Small pets (on booking) : 25€ per day without food.

Les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 15h et se libèrent avant 11h30 le jour du départ.

All rooms are non-smoking.
